Safe digital participation begins with habits people can use every day.
Participants learn how to create stronger passwords, recognise phishing and manipulation, protect personal information, review privacy settings and respond to harmful or suspicious online activity. The programme also covers respectful communication, cyberbullying awareness, digital footprints and healthy boundaries around screen use.
Modules can be adapted for children, young people, parents, educators, employees and community groups. Each session uses accessible examples and clear actions participants can practise immediately.
